2000 SEASON

Our second production was the hilarious comedy, GREATER TUNA. The satirical play presented a day in the life of the residents of Tuna, the third smallest town in Texas, "where the Lion's Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies!"

Springfield actors Gus Gordon and Steve Jones played ALL of the misfit residents of Tuna, Texas in this hysterical "quick change" comedy. They handled more than 20 different roles between them, with the help of some talented costumers, and some lightning fast costume changes!

GREATER TUNA was presented at the New Salem Visitor Center Theatre on Friday, March 31 at 8 p.m, Saturday April 1 at 5:30 and 8 p.m, and Sunday, April 2 at 5:30 p.m.
